About

Since 1868 IWC has been a powerhouse of watchmaking. This is a beautiful example of an early 1940s dress watch. The gold case is thinly wrapped around the edge of the dial where the Arabic hour markers are placed near to the edge of, creating a distinctive style with spacious design. The dial is marked "International Watch Co. Schaffhausen" in fine text at 12 o'clock and a delicate sub-dial is at 6 o'clock.

The watch is in fantastic condition for its age and comes with original certificate of sale. Please enquire for more details.
